As the founder of Bamboo-Growth, Matt has extensive experience of growing a business. He was an integral part of a leadership team who rapidly grew a company from £400k to £7 million in seven years, (selling to private equity in 2019), holding the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and having experienced the challenges and exhilaration that come as part of growing, and then selling, a globally renowned business.
